Black Bean Salad

Serving Size: 4 ounces

Ingredients

15 ounces Black beans, canned, drained, and rinsed
8 ounces Canned tomatoes and chilies (do not drain)
1 cup Corn, frozen
½ cup Green bell pepper, small dice
½ cup Red bell pepper, small dice
½ cup Red onion, small dice
1 cup Zesty Italian dressing

Preparation

1. Prepare vegetables; add black beans, corn and canned tomatoes.
2. Toss with dressing and serve.
