Serving Size: 4 ounces

Ingredients

1 cup Carrots, grated
½ cup Canned pineapple, crushed, drained
½ cup Raisins

Dressing
½ cup Egg-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar, granulated
1/4 cup Almond milk

Preparation

1. Mix carrots, pineapple and raisins then set aside.
2. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and almond milk together
3. Toss carrot mixture and dressing together.
