Crab Cakes
This recipe was developed by the chefs at Southern Arizona VHA during one of our product trainings.

Serving Size: 1 crab cake
Ingredients
14 ounces Hungry Planet ground crab
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 green onions, sliced
6 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons Atlantic Sea Farms kelp
2 tablespoons dried herb blend
Salt and pepper, to taste
Service
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
Preparation
- Add grab, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, green onions, mayo, mustard, kelp, salt and pepper to bowl. Mix together.
- Shape into 6 patties. Add 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs to a bowl and coat patties with breadcrumbs.
- Place on sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or pan fry 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with vegan mayo, dill and lemon wedges.
