Berbere Spice Mix

Yield: 1 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp.

Ingredients

3 1/3 Tbsp. Chili flakes
5 Tbsp. Paprika
1 ½ Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Ginger powder
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Cumin
2 ½ tsp. Cloves
1 ¼ tsp. All spice
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Grated nutmeg

Preparation

HACCP – Standard Operating Procedure – Use hand washing procedures before starting recipe.

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
2. Store in an airtight container.
