Chocolate overnight oats with strawberries and cream
This recipe was developed by the chefs at Kansas State University during one of our product trainings.
Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
3/4 cup Uproot chocolate pea-milk
1 cup oats, old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup Uproot soymilk
3/4 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 strawberries, sliced
Preparation
- Add oats into container. Pour chocolate pea milk over oats to cover. Let soak overnight or up to 36 hours.
- Warm coconut oil to just above room temperature (liquid state). Combine with soy milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Whip to combine and thicken.
- Place overnight oats into serving dish and top with cream and berries.
