Crab Cake Flatbread

Serving size: 1 flatbread
Ingredients
1 flatbread
1/4 cup hummus
2 tablespoons onion, diced
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced
1 Mind Blown crab cake
3 tablespoons NUMU cheese
1 ounce basil crema, prepared
Preparation
- Spread hummus over flatbread.
- Top with diced onions and peppers.
- Sprinkle cheese over flatbread and top with crumbled up crab cake.
- Place in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
- Garnish with basil crema.
