Crab Cake Flatbread

This recipe was developed by chefs at Judson Park during one of our product trainings.

Serving size: 1 flatbread

Ingredients

1 flatbread
1/4 cup hummus
2 tablespoons onion, diced
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced
1 Mind Blown crab cake
3 tablespoons NUMU cheese
1 ounce basil crema, prepared

Preparation

  1. Spread hummus over flatbread.
  2. Top with diced onions and peppers.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over flatbread and top with crumbled up crab cake.
  4. Place in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with basil crema.
