Current Tuna Tartar Nachos

Ingredients
8 oz. Current Foods tuna
1/4 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 tsp. ginger, minced
1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. tamari
1 Tbsp. green onion
1/4 cup English cucumber
Pinch of pickled red onion
Pinch of pickled jalapenos
Pop chips
Preparation
- Mix lime juice, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced ginger, brown sugar, and tamari in a bowl.
- Small dice the Current Foods tuna, and add it to the mixture.
- Small dice the cucumber, and add it to the mixture.
- Slice the green onions, and add them to the mixture.
- Carefully mix all ingredients together.
- Spoon the mixture onto chips, and garnish with sesame seeds, pickled red onions, and pickled jalapenos.
