Current Tuna Tartar Nachos

Ingredients

8 oz. Current Foods tuna
1/4 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 tsp. ginger, minced
1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. tamari
1 Tbsp. green onion
1/4 cup English cucumber
Pinch of pickled red onion
Pinch of pickled jalapenos
Pop chips

Preparation

  1. Mix lime juice, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced ginger, brown sugar, and tamari in a bowl.
  2. Small dice the Current Foods tuna, and add it to the mixture.
  3. Small dice the cucumber, and add it to the mixture.
  4. Slice the green onions, and add them to the mixture.
  5. Carefully mix all ingredients together.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto chips, and garnish with sesame seeds, pickled red onions, and pickled jalapenos.
