Garden Crunch Pita

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. hummus
1/3 c. fresh spinach
1/4 c. plant-based coleslaw
1/2 tsp. walnuts
1/3 c. pico de gallo
1 Tbsp. fried onions (can)
1 Tbsp. golden raisins
Drizzle of plant-based honey mustard
1 Tbsp. NUMU shredded mozarella
1 pita bread
Preparation
- Coat bottom of pita with hummus.
- Add spinach, coleslaw, walnuts, pico de gallo, fried onions, and golden raisins.
- Drizzle with plant-based honey mustard and sprinkle with mozarella cheese.
