Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps
This recipe was developed by chefs at Judson Park during one of our product trainings.

Serving size: 4 wraps
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces Abbot’s Butcher ground beef
2 tablespoons onion, diced
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoons cilantro
3 tablespoons NUMU cheese
4 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons vegan yum yum sauce, prepared
Preparation
- Sautee diced onion and pepper in olive oil until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic and Abbott’s ground beef, saute over medium ehat until internal temperature reaches 165 degress.
- Stir in 1/2 of the cheese, take off heat.
- Divide beef mixture between 4 lettuce leaves.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Garnish plate with vegan yum yum sauce.
