Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps

This recipe was developed by chefs at Judson Park during one of our product trainings.

Serving size: 4 wraps

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces Abbot’s Butcher ground beef
2 tablespoons onion, diced
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoons cilantro
3 tablespoons NUMU cheese
4 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons vegan yum yum sauce, prepared

Preparation

  1. Sautee diced onion and pepper in olive oil until onions are translucent.
  2. Add garlic and Abbott’s ground beef, saute over medium ehat until internal temperature reaches 165 degress.
  3. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese, take off heat.
  4. Divide beef mixture between 4 lettuce leaves.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Garnish plate with vegan yum yum sauce.
