Italian Sausage Hot Dog

Ingredients

1 Hot dog bun
¼ Cup Vegan pesto, prepared
1 Tofurky Italian Sausage
¼ Cup Moocho Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tablespoon Sun dried tomatoes, diced

Preparation

1. Grill sausage 3-4 minutes, turning every few minutes.
2. Place sausage on bun.
3. Add vegan pesto on top of sausage.
4. Put Moocho mozzarella on top of sausage and pesto.
5. Top off with sun dried tomatoes. Serve.
