CCSU chefs spice up vegan food

The Humane Society of the United States hosted a two day culinary training program at Central Connecticut State University. 20 members of the culinary staff attending the training, hoping to expand the foundation of their vegan menu.  Impressed with HSUS’s recipes and knowledge, the offered a large variety of plant-based meals to students and staff to sample.
