NUMU Cheese Shell Taco
This recipe was developed by the chefs at Oklahoma State University during one of our product trainings.

Serving Size: 1 taco
Ingredients
10 ounces Abbot’s Butcher ground beef
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 ounce taco seasoning
18 ounces NUMU cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Spray a sheet tray. Make 6-3 ounce patties of NUMU cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Scrape cheese from pan and fold into taco shell shape.
- Add ground beef to skillet and add taco seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reached 165.
- To serve – Top each cheesy shell with ground beef, red onion, tomato, olives, romaine and cilantro.
