Yield: 2 rolls
Ingredients
4 cups All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 ½ cups Water, warm
¼ cup + 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients together. Knead for 10 minutes.
2. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
3. Stretch and fill.
