Protein Packed Jollof Rice

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
4 cups Jasmine Rice, dry
2 ounces Jollof seasoning
10 ounces Barvecue Naked Pulled BVQ
10 ounces Abbot’s Butcher ground beef
5 cups RC Fine Foods chicken flavor base
Preparation
- Wash rice.
- Mix all ingredients in a 2 inch pan.
- Steam for 35 minutes.
- After steaming, cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
