Sweet Chili Sea Burger Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 red pepper, diced small
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. ginger, pureed
2 limes, 1 wedged and 1 juiced
8 oz. rice noodles
3 jalapenos, sliced
3 Tbsp. cilantro
1 Tbsp. RC Fine Foods GF Vegan Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
3.5 oz Atlantic Sea Farms ginger sesame sea-veggie burger
1/4 c sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. garam masala seasoning
2 Tbsp. RC Fine Foods Vegan GF Beef Flavor Base
Preparation
- Sauté onion, ginger puree, garlic, and some of the red pepper until tender.
- Add vegan demi-glace sauce, garam masala, and the juice of one lime.
- Sear sea burger with canola oil.
- Once cooked, glaze the sea burger with sweet chili sauce.
- Add rice noodles to vegan beef base and boil.
- Place noodles and vegan beef base into bowl. Add one sea burger.
- Garnish with sliced jalapenos, red pepper strips, lime wedge, ginger, and cilantro.
