Sweet Chili Sea Burger Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

1 red onion, sliced thin
1 red pepper, diced small
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. ginger, pureed
2 limes, 1 wedged and 1 juiced
8 oz. rice noodles
3 jalapenos, sliced
3 Tbsp. cilantro
1 Tbsp. RC Fine Foods GF Vegan Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
3.5 oz Atlantic Sea Farms ginger sesame sea-veggie burger
1/4 c sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp. canola oil
2 tsp. garam masala seasoning
2 Tbsp. RC Fine Foods Vegan GF Beef Flavor Base

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion, ginger puree, garlic, and some of the red pepper until tender.
  2. Add vegan demi-glace sauce, garam masala, and the juice of one lime.
  3. Sear sea burger with canola oil.
  4. Once cooked, glaze the sea burger with sweet chili sauce.
  5. Add rice noodles to vegan beef base and boil.
  6. Place noodles and vegan beef base into bowl. Add one sea burger.
  7. Garnish with sliced jalapenos, red pepper strips, lime wedge, ginger, and cilantro.
