Ingredients
14 ounces Tofu, firm, drained
4 stalks Celery, small dice
½ cup Red bell pepper, small dice
½ cup Green bell pepper, small dice
1 cup Green onions, thin sliced
2 cups Soy sauce
Preparation
1. Prepare vegetables.
2. Toss with soy sauce and serve.
