Serving Size: 13.65 ounces

Ingredients

12 cups mixed berries, frozen
9 cups bananas, fresh, peeled, sliced
1 1/2 cup vegan protein powder, vanilla, unsweetened
2 1/4 cups non-dairy milk, unsweetened
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Service
4 tablespoons shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cups granola, premade
3/4 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced
3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
3/4 cup blackberries

Preparation

  1. In a high-powered blender, add frozen berries, bananas, protein powder, non-dairy milk and lemon juice, Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until mixture reaches a smooth, soft serve consistency. Store in a sealed container in cooler until service.
  2. For service: In a bowl, add 1 cup of smoothie, top with 1 teaspoon of coconut and chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of granola and 1/4 cup of berries. Serve immediately.
