  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar, White, granulated
  • 1/4 cup Oil, Canola
  • 2 tablespoons Limes, juice

  • 1/3 cup Ginger, fresh, minced
  • 3/4 cup Sesame Seeds, White

For service

  • 12 cups Rice, Jasmine, cooked
  • 3/4 cup Onions, Green, sliced thinly on bias

Instructions

For tempeh

For tempeh crumbles

  • Whisk soy sauce, sugar and lime juice in a bowl and reserve.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tempeh and cook for 3-5 minutes, allowing tempeh to slightly caramelize and become crispy.
