Kent State University doubles its plant-based pledge ahead of National Nutrition Month

Humane World for Animals Kent State University has set a goal to serve 30% plant-based meals in both its residential and retail operations by 2026. UC Berkeley commits to having 50% of its entrees be plant-based by 2027

FoodService Director The University of California Berkeley has announced a commitment to have at least 50% of the entrees served in its dining commons be plant-based by 2027. The school is teaming up with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) to help them reach their goal.  December 11, 2023
