Orange tofu

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Tofu, Extra firm, drained, pressed
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion powder
  • 3 Cups Asian style orange sauce

Instructions

  • Tear tofu into bite sized pieces and toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and oil spray, bake tofu at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway or until tofu crispy and golden brown.
  • To a pot on medium heat, add orange sauce and bring up to heat. Toss tofu in sauce until coated.
